Policies et Notes
Payment Schedule :
50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit amounts to €6,000 and must be paid by bank transfer 7 days prior to your arrival.
It will be fully refunded by bank transfer immediately after check-out, subject to the property inspection.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before your arrival date.
